The ideal candidate will have experience with the sales process. They will know how to set-up client call, schedule product discussions, and how to start conversations with prospective clients. IT Consulting Services experience is helpful as this person will have to know their way around the IT market and the various departments within companies. Key Responsibilities:

Target Identification, Qualification, and Development

  • Utilize SMACT Works licenses sales tools to identify target companies that fit the organizational technology focus
  • Assisted by the Sales Director the salesperson will develop a technology profile for each target company and build out a strategic client organization chart
  • Identify, Contact (Cold Calling and Email), Qualify, and Maintain consistent communication with key decision makers and influencers

Develop Relationships

  • Through client update calls, product demonstrations (conducted by company expert), and maintenance calls develop and maintain long term business relationships
  • Capture and ensure the quality of your client manager database information through follow-up calls and correspondence
  • Gather organizational information such as services usage trends, upcoming projects, and managed services opportunities
  • Educate and exchange market data with key decision makers

Sell SMACT Works

  • Differentiate SMACT Works from its competition through comparative analysis
  • Position SMACT Works as a provider of Oracle Cloud & PeopleSoft Services Managed Projects and Support

Generate Sales Opportunities

  • Generate technology services opportunities with new and existing client managers
  • Work with the clients to clearly define their technology profile and product strategy roadmap

Maintain Long Term Relationships

  • Regularly contact client manager’s usage to ensure you are working with managers who are planning to purchase Oracle technology services.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Three (3) Plus years of solid work experience

SMACT Works, Inc is seeking a Sales Account Executive for IT/ERP Project & Consulting Services who will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls, and emails.

Responsibilities include:
  • Experience in Enterprise IT sales for consulting and staffing solutions.
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound calling and prospecting into large, enterprise companies.
  • Experience with business development, relationship building, opportunity discovery/development, opportunity qualification, solution development by working with solutions team.
  • Strong Pipeline management, understanding of the various lifecycles of enterprise sales, and the importance pipelining.
  • Establish, build and nurture relationships with client's senior executives through developing an understanding of their business the challenges they face, future projects and plans.
  • Evangelize and educate the market on SMACT Works Solutions and Service offerings.
