Oracle delivers three distinct layers of AI across Fusion Cloud. Generative AI creates content — drafting job descriptions, summarizing journals, writing variance commentary, and generating narrative reports. Predictive AI analyzes patterns to forecast outcomes — predicting GL codes, flagging payroll anomalies, scoring supplier risk, and forecasting demand. Agentic AI goes further by taking autonomous action — AI agents execute end-to-end business processes like invoice processing, candidate screening, and inventory replenishment with configurable human-in-the-loop checkpoints. All three layers work together within the same Fusion environment, and Oracle is the only enterprise cloud vendor delivering all three natively.
The 360-named solutions — Payables 360, Receivables 360, Talent 360, Inventory 360, Product 360, Customer 360 — are SMACT Works accelerators built on top of Oracle AI Agent Studio. They bundle pre-configured agents, industry-tuned workflows, policy rules, and rapid-deploy integrations so clients see production value in weeks rather than months.
